Come and Listen to Oxford & Cambridge University at IEGS

By Editor

Students from around the Stockholm-region are invited to come and listen to representatives from the universities of Oxford and Cambridge about studying in the UK.

The visits take place on:

  • May 10, 19:00 – Oxford
  • May 17, 19:00 – Cambridge

Dr Margret Benedikz, principal of IEGS, says: "We are delighted to welcome visitors from both universities to talk to our students. Oxford and Cambridge, like Yale who visited us last term, have a long history of academic excellence that serves as an inspiration to many of our students.

"We're so pleased that they accepted our invitation to visit the school. Their input is invaluable in helping students understand what is required when applying for a top university in the UK.

"Each year we are proud to see students from IEGS move on to some of the best educational institutions both here in Sweden and abroad. Events like this inspire students to compete for places at some of the most outstanding universities.

"We will continue opening our doors to universities from all over the world to come and talk to students."

Both talks will take place in the aula at Internationella Engelska Gymnasiet Södermalm in Allhelgonagatan, Södermalm.
