From today all IEGS classrooms are equipped with radio-controlled clocks.
"In the past there's been some confusion regarding the correct time in the building with some classroom clocks saying one thing and others another," admits school principal Dr Benedikz. "So we needed a better solution."
The new clocks look like regular classroom clocks but are now controlled centrally by school custodian Mr Peter Freestone.
"It will ensure that all clocks in the school show the same time," says Dr Benedikz. "This means students and staff will now be able to get where they should be in good time."
